Rajeev Gera founded G&A in 1986 with a singular purpose—to create architecture that leaves a lasting imprint by responding to people, place, and purpose. For him, design is not just about aesthetics or structure; it is about building trust, crafting experiences, and nurturing relationships.
Across his three-decade journey, Rajeev has delivered over 1,000 projects globally, earning the trust of clients through a consistent commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation. He believes that great architecture begins with listening—understanding the client’s vision, respecting the site’s context, and designing solutions that quietly exceed expectations.
